Cooking with Friends

This book shows how choosing, cooking and eating food can be fun as well as healthy and safe.

It tells the story of Matt and Lynne who want to know how to prepare healthy and tasty food for their friends. They go shopping, learn how to keep food fresh and how to prepare it in a safe way. They enjoy sharing the food they’ve made and their new cooking skills with their friends.

Guidelines at the back of the book include dos and don’ts about safe and healthy eating, a section about special diets and useful resources for further information.

This book was previously published with the title, Food...Fun, Healthy and Safe.
