Emily has been working for Beyond Words since 2009, as a book co-ordinator (for Sonia's Feeling Sad, Ron's Feeling Blue, The Drama Group, Going to Church and Looking After My Eyes), translation project co-ordinator, Challenge 500 project coordinator (an initiative to set up church-based book clubs), HEE promotional video project coordinator; and during the pandemic was involved in recording and editing videos for webinars. As well as her work for Beyond Words, Emily has recently graduated with an MA in Pastoral Theology, is carer for her brother (who has learning disabilities), and works part-time for the Lay Community of St Benedict as their Finance and Events Secretary.
