About:
Mel Coulton spent 30+ years working as an administrator and manager. She worked at St George’s, University of London supporting their mission in Education, Medical Research and Clinical excellence using her problem solving and interpersonal skills. In her last post as Manager for the Department of Mental Health, she worked with Sheila Hollins who introduced her to the Learning Disability team, a group dedicated to working with and involving those with learning disabilities. After leaving St George’s, Mel was approached to join the BBW team to organise training workshops which she has thoroughly enjoyed.
